In the generation of the digital breakthrough, you would think it can't be that hard to find the right one. However, our jobs and our drive to work toward personal ideals take up so much time that we no longer put much value on close relationships - because thanks to the internet, whenever you feel lonely you can look for a woman to satisfy that need.

But at some point this phase comes to an end, and we realize that a lasting relationship is our goal. After all, studies say that married couples are happier than singles - but where and, above all, how can a man quickly find the right woman?

It's not as simple as it sounds. When we search for the right partner, we are also choosing someone who will play an important role in our future. Your partner will keep you company through an average of 20,000 meals and be your travel companion on around 200 vacations. Above all, we need to find the right woman who will raise our children sensibly and have a good influence on them.

Finding the right woman - What do we expect from the right one?

Well, you probably couldn't quite answer that just now. That's because we can really only know what we expect once we've tried it a few times. But we simply don't live long enough to enter into many serious relationships and then know for sure which preferences develop. It is documented that we behave quite differently as singles and have completely different preferences - but once we are in a relationship, we grow, and so completely new preferences come to the surface and often surprise even ourselves.

What makes it harder is that society and biology put us in a hurry. Society tells us to find the right woman fairly quickly, yet not to think about it for too long, because we are supposed to give in to romance and fate rather than reason, while biology sets a deadline for having children. This combination simply leads us to make the wrong choice of partner in order to meet these expectations on time.

Finding the right woman - So how do we find our dream woman?

We don't. The word "dream woman" contains the word "dream" for a reason, but we can at least find a woman who enriches our lives if we keep our eyes open and, above all, pay attention to shared interests and similar visions of the future.
